This page describes how the current EquipGTM beta handles your account, workshop material and learner submissions.
Account and workspace data
Account sign-in uses Amazon Cognito. EquipGTM stores the account identifier and profile information needed to associate you with your workspace, including your email and supplied display name.
Workspace records include workshop drafts, branding, uploaded files, released versions, delivery sessions and submitted feedback. AWS services store and serve these records and files.
Public learner links
Anyone with a session’s learner link can open its instructional page and download files marked for learners. Instructor-only files and notes are excluded from the learner view. Choose file audiences before releasing a workshop.
Submitted progress and survey answers are available to the workspace owner. Progress records describe what the learner reported; they do not prove an exercise was completed.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies maintain your signed-in session or associate a learner with their progress and feedback. Browser storage also remembers interface preferences. The separate localhost demo saves its data in that browser.
Coding agents and external services
When you use your own coding agent, that provider’s terms and data settings apply. A connected browser agent can read or change workshop records through the actions available to your signed-in account.
Exercises, notebooks and surveys hosted elsewhere follow those services’ data practices. EquipGTM does not automatically collect submissions from an external survey.
Beta limits
Team invitations, enterprise SSO and private cohort enrollment are not available. Self-service account deletion and a published retention schedule are not yet available in this beta. These limits should be considered before storing material that requires them.
